In all honesty, I lack both the time and inclination necessary to maintain a decent blog. I admit it.
But why should that stop me? I figure I can get YOU to do the writing for me.
I’ll post the topics — and I promise to do my utmost to stick to topics that are perhaps slightly meaningful and illuminating, yet utterly inconsequential. You offer your opinions. Then, hopefully, you’ll see fit to help your fellow readers see the error of their ways.
We’ll also continue to play “Song of the Day.” I select a theme: You have to come up with songs to match that theme.
So, there it is — pardon me? You have a question? Oh, you want to know who or what ChaimTavi is? OK. Short version: Chaim (purposefully mispronounced CHAME) Tavi is a recurring character in my fiction. He’s annoying. You’d want to throttle him.
Years after I created the character, I realized that the name can be roughly translated as “Life is Good.” Aside from being a pretty cool sentiment, it’s mind-jarringly perfect for the character as originally envisioned. Yet it was entirely accidental on my part. So I like it. Deal with it, eh.
